Acupuncture/Acupressure (traditional and needle-free)
Uses the insertion of sterile, fine needles into specific acupuncture points on the body to create a balancing of qi (energy) so that the body can heal and improve over-all body function and well-being.
Chinese Herbs
Chinese herbal formulas may be prescribed for specific health issues to help the body regain balance and energy. Herbs are formulated to target specific imbalances of the body/mind. They are able to effectively treat pain, bacterial and viral conditions, gynecological problems, infertility, hepatitis, headaches, depression/anxiety, asthma, arthritis, digestive problems, and many other conditions.
Moxibustion
Moxa is a Chinese herb and moxibustion is the process of burning this herb over specific acupuncture points or specific areas of the body to increase warmth, to tonify, or to invigorate the circulation of qi and blood. This is excellent for chronic pain and it feels wonderful.
Cupping and Gua Sha
These two techniques are used to break up stagnation or blocked qi and relaxes chronically tight muscles of the neck, back and shoulders. Cupping is also used to treat the common cold.
Electro-Acupuncture
Acupuncture combined with slight electric current to create a stronger movement of Qi (energy). This is very effective in treating acute and chronic pain. Electrodes are attached to the needles and a light electrical current is run through the needles. Patients feel a light tapping sensation at the needle insertion site.
Tui Na
Invigorating Chinese massage used to relieve muscle pain, tension, inflammation, and increases the healing process for injuries.

Acupuncture Facial Rejuvination
Treatment for improving muscle tone in the face and neck. These treatments enhance, nourish and increase elasticity of the skin, reduce wrinkles and signs of aging. The treatments also address the underlying imbalances that may have contributed to the aging process.
Neuro Emotional Technique (NET)
A method used to normalize unresolved physical, emotional, and/or behavioral patterns of the body by assisting the body in releasing stored cell memory of past negative experiences. As this release is obtained, balance is restored in the mind/body.
Stress Management
Meditation, guided imagery, qigong, breath and physical exercises are prescribed along with acupuncture and herbal treatments to eliminate or minimize the effects of stress, anxiety, and depression.
Nutritional and Lifestyle Counseling
Through appropriate nutrition and lifestyle changes, in conjunction with acupuncture treatments, maximum healing can occur and be maintained.
Pranic Healing
This is an energy based healing technique that utilizes “prana” (a Sanskrit word for life-force which has the same meaning as qi) to balance, harmonize and transform the body’s energy process to create the healing for many health conditions. This procedure is very relaxing and no needles are used.
